Went around in circles for WEEKS with a flaky internal recruiter who ghosted me about 4 times. When he would eventually come back from the dead, the team, product, supervisors were different. Apparently they're experiencing a lot of growth and that's all the more reason to get their act together. Word of advice: don't jerk talented people around.

3 rounds, 3 levels up to GCD. Took forever to get in and scheduled - about 2 full months total. HR seemed disorganized. Creatives were all nice and seemed competent.
