Very interactive, I got the opportunity to sit in and observe first hand the activity that what taking place that day. The interview took about 2.5 hours, I took a tour of the facility and got to meet a few of the residents and well as other staff. During the process I was able to talk with a activity assistant that was already working there, I was able to ask a few questions about the position.

Told short offered jobs on spot because they are desparate for people. Building SMELLS so bad , everyone’s too busy to really give good tours or thorough orientation. Building is way outdated. Residents have 4 people to a bathroom.
