Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Avanade em jan. de 2022
Entrevista
For UK&I Velocity Graduate Programme.
First interview was conducted in October 2021, which was a 30 minute video screening call. The recruiter asked me about my education, experience and interest in cloud technologies. She asked about my interests and motivations in working in technology and if i had done any coding or side projects. She was happy to pass me through to the assessment centre.
Assessment centre took place in January 2022. It consisted of a group task and 75 minute interview with technical case study.
In the group task, we were given the case study 15 minutes before it commenced. We each took roles and as a group created a presentation on how we would solve the client's problems and deliver their requirements. The task was fairly simple, we explained our roles and how we would contribute to the task. The assessors were pleased with how we worked as a group and they also asked questions based on our presentation.
In the 75-minute interview, there was a HR rep and a team manager. The HR rep asked about my strengths, volunteering experience and how i would solve problems (examples of how i've done this).
The team manager asked about the case study, I expected it to be more of a discussion but he just wanted my answers. He didn't tell me if they were right or wrong and it went by pretty fast. The technical case study was straightforward, no coding required, just research on some solutions.
Overall, not a bad interview process unlike some graduate programmes recruitment processes. Recruiters and team are really nice and assessment centre was fun.
