Several phone interviews and one live video interview with a VP and Director over a 2-month period. Also was given a work assignment on a Friday that was due Monday morning, which took 4-5 hours. After that, it was total crickets. Zero response from people I interviewed with, not even a simple "Sorry, we're looking for candidates with XX skill set." Horribly unprofessional process for a job I was 100% qualified for. It was a good sign, overall, to not consider this company as an employer again.
