Video call, the recruiter arrived a couple of minutes later. Their first question was: "Are you willing to relocate to San Diego?" with the caveat that this position was posted as remote. It was all downhill from there. The recruiter was very transactional, awkward, and condescending. She kept saying how "we are very lean" and "we are building an amazing office in San Diego," all I could hear and see were alarm bells and red flags. She kept asking questions not related to the job I was applying. The whole thing was a mess.

Multiple interviews that takes a while but were pleasant. Not sure of the organizational structure that seems to be moving. May want to ask about longer team plans for the company and remote work going forward.
