I would like to share my feedback regarding the recruitment process. My interview was scheduled for 9:30 AM; I arrived early, yet I was left waiting for 25 minutes as the HR representative was not even present in the office. While the technical interviews went exceptionally well—covering DBMS, OOP, and Data Structures—and I am confident I cleared all technical rounds, the subsequent lack of communication from HR has been unprofessional. Despite my polite follow-ups, I have received no response. This level of mismanagement suggests a decline in the company’s internal standards and a total disregard for a candidate's time. In my opinion, the current HR coordination is failing the organization and needs to be addressed by upper management. I have decided to move forward with a more professional organization that values transparency

It was an online interview for about 1 hour. Question related to OOP and Data structures were asked. Database questions were asked in detail. In the end interviewer asked to solve one easy and one average level programming task.
