I was introduced via my personal network to the CEO. I had a number of meetings with the CEO and a few where his only employee was present where I was asked to pitch/present strategic ideas to grow the company. I was asked to submit costs/day rates. Then I was completely ghosted by the CEO despite following up with him multiple times via email and text message. Absolutely disgusting behaviour to mine people for their expertise, waste their time and not even have the courtesy to say thank you or close things off professionally.
