The interview process had 4 steps, 5th call was the offer. The process was quite lengthy, overall took about a month but I believe it might be due to different timezones, so the availability was limited from both sides. Stages: 1. HR screening: previous experience, how your friends would describe you, mistakes made and what did you learn from them. 2. Logic interview: 4 logic exercises - all was done live, you can make notes and share them to show your thinking path. 3. Technical interview: an exercise to describe how to connect two systems with each other. 4. Team lead interview: job posting description based questions. 4.5. Reference check: needed to provide 2-3 names of people with whom I worked, so they can say why I'm a good fit. 5. Offer with feedback from both sides. That's the scheme of the interview but I also wanted to highlight the atmosphere - throughout the whole process, all the interviewers were nice, kind, funny, the meetings were semi-formal I would say, with a lot of side subjects, which allowed to "relax". Even though I felt really stressed just before the meetings, when they started it was all gone and I could really show myself and my abilities. This was more like a discussion around the job and experience rather than an interview with question:answer scheme.
