Applied, spoke with a recruiter to see if it would be a good fit, had an interview in-person the next day with the hiring manager of the location. It went very positively and the process was quick, knowing I was supposed to hear back on a decision in the following days. Unfortunately, they do not have the decency to let me know they moved on. They ghosted me.

The interview was scheduled and confirmed by a recruiter the day before. I rearranged my schedule to be fully available for the interview. Despite this, the interview was canceled by email one minute before the scheduled time, with a generic message and no meaningful explanation or apology. While I understand that hiring decisions can change, canceling an interview at the last minute after a live confirmation shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and poor coordination in the recruiting process. This experience reflected an unprofessional approach and a disregard for basic courtesy toward applicants.
