HR reached out via phone and interviewed me on the spot. HR then set up interview with hiring manager. After that interview, HR set up 3rd interview with hiring manager again and their manager. I was told the hiring manager moves quickly and when I didn’t hear anything I reached out to HR for feedback. When I didn’t hear anything back from that I had an idea I was not selected. Even when not selected it is courteous to give feedback as I had take time and interviewed pretty much immediately when contacted. I followed up a few days later and this time HR text me that I was not selected. I was more than qualified for the role but the salary was lower for what they expect for this role. Maybe that’s why I was not chosen. The hiring manager asked some strange questions and some repetitive questions on the 2nd round probably to eliminate me from the process. Also , I went to the website and did not see anyone of color on the leadership team. Maybe the company isn’t ready for much diversity and inclusion.
