Applied online, phone interview, three in person interviews. Two with two different VPs and one with the London Managing director. Overall great experience, due to the short time I had in London they sped up the interviews and were truly interested in me.

Avendus hires on a rolling basis. So you should submit your CV in their system by either contacting the HR directly or via referral. They will send out a case study (keeps on changing every couple of years) which needs to be solved in 2 days. The case study is to value a hypothetical player in any industry. They will ask you to submit your findings in a presentation (the financial model in excel as well) and your opinion whether the industry and the company are a suitable investment. Whenever there is an opening, they'll contact you if they liked your work. My interview process was pretty swift. The entire process was wrapped up in the a span of 4 days. I had 3 rounds of interviews, one with the Director, one with a VP and the last round was with the founder/MD. All of the interviews were focused around how well would I fit into their culture and some technical questions. The 1st round was focused more on the fit questions, whereas the 2nd round was more technical in nature. The 3rd round was a mere formality and it was to bring me onboard.
