Applied online, got contacted by recruiter to interview, they asked for 3 weeks range of availability. I gave large ranges as I am flexible, The recruiter proceeded to schedule for an availability not in the range I listed. Whatever, I moved some things around to make it work because I thought I was passionate about the company. Was told they would call me. Time rolled around and they never called, I sent multiple emails asking what happened or if they were having trouble, its been a few days since then and no response, totally ghosted. Do not waste your time with this company, even in a tough market, you are better sending out more applications than wasting that time hoping this employer will have basic decency.
