The HR recruiter scheduled a preliminary interview to discuss the position with me. She never called as scheduled. When I left a voicemail and emailed her to reschedule the call, she never responded to either the email or voice message. I waited a couple of days and emailed her again asking to reschedule the meeting that she had originally setup and cc'ed her director onto that email,,,no reply from either person. This reflects the unprofessional attitude that this HR recruiter and their entire HR department has, and reflects how completely unprofessional the company of Aventiv is. I do not know if the job was filled, canceled, or if it really existed. I avoided working for a company that demonstrates such complete unprofessional hiring practices. The HR recruiters will ghost your inquiries and any not show up for interviews that they 'schedule' for a position. Look at several other interview reviews in this section and you will see many people reporting the same ghosting treatment.
