I chatted on a phone screening with their recruiting department. After 15 years of experience in the industry at the end of our phone call I was told that I wasn't qualified for the position they are looking to fill. I was told I would be better suited for an Assistant Manager position with their company. I internally couldn't help but laugh. He said the Managers are more inline with Regional Manager expectations and responsibilities. So more expectations but sub par pay? The math isn't mathing.
