Entrevista
The interview consisted of two 30 minutes sessions with 2 people in each session. Their questions were focused mostly on the resume and behavioral questions. The main focus of the interview was to see your leadership skills. They weren't afraid to have follow up questions and challenge your answers. I could tell by the end of my interview that I wasn't going to get the an offer. It was very apparent from the reaction of those interviewing me.

The process was very unique and comfortable. You will get to learn a lot from the interview. The interviewers were very friendly. They treat you like friends and we had a great experience. Hoping to get an offer.

Entrevista
Round 1: Initial phone call with the recruiter to understand your interest in role and basic description about the role / anticipated income. Round 2: Video call with Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Specialist to understand fit. 30 mins call with standard behavioural questions "Tell me about a time...", elevator pitch, past experiences etc. Round 3: (SUPER DAY ON-SITE) - Round A: 30 mins interview with 2 directors - Round B: 30 mins interview with a senior leader - Round C: CASE ( 60 mins to prepare on a case give on the spot, 15 mins to present, 15 mins Q/A - total 90 mins) with a panel of 10-12 judges {ranging from associates to senior leaders} - Round D: Ask a peer 30 mins

Entrevista
Three rounds of interviews and one online bq. Including one online group interview, one personal interview and one final assessment center. The final ac interview is very intensive and challenging. You compete and work with all other top notch candidates for one whole day.
