You receive a short email for an "interview" but when you get there, they don't really ask you much except about your availability. They obviously don't spend any time looking at your resume otherwise I wouldn't have been called in and wasted time there. You also take a math test and if they are thinking about hiring you, then you sit there and listen to your "interviewer" skim through manual and you fill out some paperwork.
I would say unless you have very open availability, don't bother applying. Also, I think a remedial class in professionalism and communication skills needs to be made just for this company.
