Did not get the impression that the interviewer was prepared for the conversation or had really read my resume thoroughly. This is an important part of the conversation and the overall process.

6 rounds of interviews. First one was with the recruiter and the one that I corresponded with throughout the process. The rest were people on the team or the hiring manager. Some were personable and friendly, others didn’t care to be there and had no information about the role. I applied for this role last November and the interviews lasted throughout December, almost into January. This was not a senior level position nor did they have the salary listed (recruiter refused to disclose the salary when asked), so there should be no reason why it took that many rounds. This was a big waste of time. Recruiter did not even bother to email me back.
