Supervisor interviewed me at the facility. The process required that I dress out and walk through the process of an employee. It lasted for 1 hour. It was a 1 on 1 interview. Had to pass a drug test, hearing test, background check. it too almost 20 days to start

sat and talked to shift leads and answered questions and then did a walkthrough after the walkthrough you were asked if you were still interested in the position and then you talked to the manager
