I was offered a job interview which was with an alumnus from my school. It was very relaxed and the interviewer seemed to have wanted it to be more of a conversation than a former interview. This helped a lot with my nerves. That being said, the interviewer was friendly, professional, and personal. I was interviewed in a 1 on 1 against 20 other potential students. I made it through with 9 others, and was asked to do a personality test that would see how much of a fit I would be with the company culture. I did not pass it and never understood why because the assessment asked me to rank common sense things... I believe that it was the TTIS.
