President pm'd me on linkedin that theyre looking for a position in Student Services and if I would be interested. I informed him I wouldnt mind talking and he forwarded me to the supervisor of the position. Within the next few days they asked to meet and talk virtually because I could not make it in person. It was a full interview for the position and it was very under the table. No HR involved and the questions were basic. They were also late to their own meeting and after the "meeting" there was no more contact or even follow up.
