Thorough interview, there are two to three steps to interview process. They will ask average questions to get to know the person and background and how they will be a fit. Manager interview and VP interview.

3 Interviews total. 2 with Manager and last one with head of department. Key thing is just being authentic. They do hire a lot of entry level pharma candidates so just show how interested you are and your eagerness to grow within the industry
