Applied online, got a call the other day (phone screening). I guess I passed the test as the next step was a phone interview with technical experts. Got invited to the face to face interview at Miami and got a job offer. The support lead is the nice person as well as all the people that I met there. The overall company outlook was OK. Btw it was on Friday and I got a free lunch. The salary I have been offered was also good, I was mainly concerned about the benefits and life-work balance. For those who are new to the Aviation industry I would recommend this company.
