First CV screening, then aptitude test that lasts approximately 1.5 hours 3 parts , Numerical, SJT, Verbal Reasoning test , not timed . Then telephone inteview with HR, Assecement Center.

What is your greatest achievement? What do you know about insurance.
Hirevhe online assessment, you get about 2 mins to prepare and 3 mins to answer, I think four questions in total, all about experiences and yourself, nothing really about the company
after application submission, online assessment came first, including situational simulation questions and numerical questions. Once pass the online assessment, then a video interview with 11 questions. After this comes the one-to-one meeting or a group assessment.

Entrevista
Poor and lengthy recruitment process. Applied in October and made me jump through various hoops till the assessment day in January. Then took 4 months to give outcome with no feedback. Email and portal containing next stages didn’t match up date wise. Overall bad experience compared to other graduate schemes.
