Truly shocking recruitment process from Aviva. I completed 2 interviews - both felt quite informal and conversational and the interviewers came across well. All interviews were scheduled via automated emails, I never spoke to anyone from HR/resourcing team. Even after completing 2 rounds of interviews, I received a very basic email saying my application was not being progressed - no feedback, no opportunity to ask questions. I have reached out to the HR team 3 times via email for feedback and been ignored.
