Very easy interview. You're first called then you meet with your manager in a safe environment. During your first meeting you talk about the products and services, pay and marketing strategy with your manager who will train you through the process there is a low price sign up fee for this job.

Contacted either by email or phone call, by the lead representative in different locations. Then they discussed the different starter packs and how much each cost. Plus new representative get a $200 limit for supplies and products that Avon covers cost.

Very simple, I applied online and they called and actually came to my home. We chatted and she explained everything,then set me up.She also personally walked me through the website,to prepare me to place orders. She left some brochures for me to start right away,as well as samples to start me off.
