There were two rounds of interview basically to judge the interest in job, skills for the job, knowledge about the company and its business. They asked about my former job. Once the 1st round was over the another round was conducted by a senior person to judge and she explained the job responsibilities and the salary structure.

The interview was taken up in 4 rounds. The first was with the reporting manager. Second one was more of a field visit to make me understand what the whole business is about. The third round was with the National Sales Head. The final round was with the HR. All the rounds centred around my previous experience and how I would contribute to the bsuiness.
