The interview process can be intimidating at first. The phone assessment is very detailed. You will have to use all your listening skills and compensation to ace it. They are look for the next Good to Great Manager. Someone who can deal with all personality types in field and the work place.

It was a pretty typical interview, nothing very stressful. I met with another District Manager who liked my personality and had told me there was a temporary position available. She gave me a brief "interview" and called her manager to set us up to meet and continue with a formal application and interview.

the entire process takes about a month. involved a phone interview, in person interview, ride along. Gave both parties a chance to get to know each other and was very effective

First interview was with a regional manager. Then there was a ride along with another DM in your region. If you pass, you are then called to do a final interview with a Market director. If they approve, you are sent an offer letter and asked to take a drug and background test.
