O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Avon em nov. de 2010
Entrevista
I applied for the position of Division Manager with Avon. After a few weeks I received a call from someone in New York offering me an interview if I was still interested. I indicated I was. She set the time for a week later.
My interview was scheduled for 1PM, but the call never came. Finally I emailed my contact and was informed that the HR professional was running late. It would have been great if they had contacted me to tell me so. My interview did not start until around 1:35.
The HR professional dove into it with gusto and enthusiasm. She touched on various subjects such as the structure and company core values. She explained a "day in the life" of a division manager. She explained about the 26 campaigns and how respect and support for the reps was critical. She focused a lot on performance management which was good. I got the feeling that it is a very pressure filled job, but one I look forward too if the process continues. I would rather put things into motion than pay lip service. People can tell when you support and respect them. I intend to do just that.

For me the most detailed question was how I would coach a DSM who had a majority of his reps falling below plan. She wanted a role play of that conversation.
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 4 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Avon (New York, NY).

The process takes 3-5 months, you fly all over the country answering the same questions with different levels of management. There are several tests before the phone interviews with HR begin. You must be prepared to leave town on a moments notice to fly out for an interview.
