After applying, I had a conversation with someone in Human Resources. I was advised that I would receive a phone call from the nurse manager. I received a call that same day and the interview was conducted via phone first, then it was arranged for me to meet him in person at my earliest convenience. All in all it was a very straightforward and pleasant experience.
