Awful. Incorrect job posting. It said hybrid in Mississauga. Turned out to be fully in office in North York because “they don’t want to see their employees at the mall.” I asked work situation and salary range in virtual interview which they couldn’t answer. Went in person for second interview. They weren’t prepared and didn’t even review my portfolio prior. Only the virtual interviewer had reviewed it. Was asked same role related questions as the virtual interview along with some new unexpected ones no other companies have mentioned over my 20 years of my career. Unprofessional with a large disconnect with role ask and salary range.
