I went through three rounds of interviews of which two were great, at least that's what I thought but after the third interview (final) and answering questions like they were expecting to, they completely ghosted me even after multiple followups.

Applied for the job online, they reached out a few days later. I went through multiple rounds of interviews and completed a project as part of the hiring process. After I submitted the assessment, I never heard from them again, despite multiple follow up emails. Either they were going through the motions of hiring for a nonexistent role to steal ideas from applicants or they just have really terrible communication skills - but probably a mix of both. Either way, avoid them (and don’t be fooled by the fake positive review).
