Interwiew with some recuiter from india online through google meet. where there seem to be more interested in paying me lower wage just because i am from third world country. They didn't seem to be inetrested in my skills and experience

You have 1 first interview with the HR.
Then you have a 2 practical coding exam.
And finally you have 1 interview with the CEO.
The one thing I disliked was that the answers for each phase took too long.
I add to email them to check if they add a response.
The whole process took more than 1 month and I am still waiting for the response.

Entrevista
First HR got me via linkedin. Then HR made an initial interview by knowing my skills. Then they give me an assignment to make a WordPress plugin with Vue JS. I have made that very well. They are also satisfied with that assignment and told that by email. Then they made an interview with PM and two devs. They do some basic questions about my work experience and how I think and communicate. The interview took an hour. I think the interview was good. After one day, they replied that they are looking for something else. And they can not proceed with me. Actually I could not understand the reason.
