Process took 3 weeks. They gave me a web-page designing task, after 2 weeks I got reply from them the process is till take some time and finally the I had the same experience as other guy, they said my profile is not relevant.

At first I was given a general questionnaire to submit which consist of few basic details about the company. Later I was given an assignment which was to be submitted within 4 - 5 days. Even though I have completed all the mentioned tasks within the given time period, my application was rejected. The main reason which was dis-satisfactory was, they have not given any feedback or reason for rejecting my application. This was not expected from the company!
