My most recent experience with Axelon was a phone interview for a contracted labor job paying next to nothing. And this came after numerous contacts and phone interviews for several previous positions of equal or lesser value. I am currently a corporate manager in life sciences and making low to mid six figures, so looking to make a lateral or upward move in position and pay. How many times do professionals have to go through your phone interviews only to find out it was a complete waste of everyones time? Any current professional with a college degree and ten to fifteen years of experience is not looking to be an “individual contributor,” just pushing buttons for no benefits and unlivable wages. I’ve declined this position in this review as well as several others, and they just keep contacting me. It shows that they’re likely just sending out mass emails and making dozens of phone calls to fill a spot and a job seekers career goals, education, and experience is of no interest to them.
