I applied through a personal placement company and interviewed within 2 days of them receiving my application. I met with the head of the department I would be working for who generally described the company to me and asked me if I had any other questions about it. Following this chat, I was interviewed by another employee who would have been my boss. He asked the usual interview questions and introduced me to the employee whose place I would be taking if I got the job. She explained the position to me and I left. The next day I was offered to start at the company in the next 2 days. It was too short notice for me to change my plans but I hope to work for them someday.
