Entrevista
I had a 30-minute interview with my potential future manager, which focused almost entirely on repeating questions from my CV. Afterwards, I was asked to provide my salary expectations. Once I submitted them, I received no response for over two weeks. Eventually, I got a rejection email that felt poorly prepared, seemingly copied together from two different templates, even with inconsistent formatting. Overall, the process felt unprofessional, with little communication or respect for my time.

They asked me when I was born (not sure why).
Very specific questions about when I finished each experience in my CV.

I interviewed for a Project Manager position in the US division (Axess Americas). The initial video interview was just introductory "tell me about yourself." It was with the director in Park City and went well.
I followed up via email with some questions about how much time would be spent on the road and how travel arrangements are handled. Got adequate responses to all questions, then followed up with my satisfaction and stated wish to move ahead. After two weeks I got notice that I was no longer under consideration because they were moving forward with candidates who are located closer to clients.
The job description clearly states "Location: US-REMOTE," so I obviously feel that was misleading. If the job says Remote but you're only going to consider local candidates, don't waste people's time.

I had the first interview with the Head of UX. It was basic, without many questions regarding my projects and deep dive into them. The second interview was with the head again, telling me that this one is just for discussing the terms of getting working visa, Red White Red card etc. (which made me think that im accepted!). They asked me about salary expectations, which i offered a sum but said im open to negotiations. Afterwards, there was a third one with the HR about the salary again (saying that the interviewees should propose a salary range and based on that the one will be chosen?!?! ) I've been waiting for 2,5 months to receive a feedback if i've been accepted or not, and this question is still open. I needed to write 10 emails to understand how the process works, wasted 2 months with their corporate processes without any feedback and result.
