I spoke with a person from the national recruiting team over the phone, which was preliminary questions about the role and my experiences. It was followed by two back to back video interviews with editors from the local affiliate I was applying for .
Initial phone screen got me qualified for 2 positions – had 3 half-hour interviews, completed two skills assessments, and spoke with one further manager before being declined for both positions.

Entrevista
I spoke with several editors, the editor-in-chief, and completed a writing assignment. The interviews were conversational and devoid of tired, typical interview questions. The pace of the process was quick: less than two and a half weeks from first contact to offer.
