Interview at Lund HQ with director and senior engineer. Interview took about 45 minutes. Received offer next week within 6-7 days and started working in the next month. Overall great experience.

Straight forward and relevant. Going through previous experience and academic experience. The culture is close to the university/ academic world so you get far without strong previous work experience, if you have the right fit in education.
