The interview process will start with a screening phone call or sometimes a scheduled screening call. The second phase would be a panel interview where you'll meet with the Hiring manager, the functional manager and might include other important team members. Interviews are normally very friendly, casual and transparent in terms of what the company is looking for, the company's culture and what to expect if selected.
