Thorough multi interview process. Many questions that I believe help employ the correct person. I talked with several people on a variety of questions and topics ranging from music background to music taste to music knowledge.

I came in and was asked to take a theory test, it was not super difficult but showed that the person who created the test knew what they were talking about. There was a spoken interview, a performance, and a sample lesson. It took over 2 hours.
