Entire process was a mess - there was a phone screen and then two in person interviews. This is fine if a candidate is out of work but for someone who is working it can be stressful. Additionally, they are slow and inconsiderate when it comes to feedback. You should not have to follow up for each round to find out if you’re coming back. It felt like every person I met with was looking for something different and there was not a clear picture of what they wanted. They need to be considerate of candidates and let them know if it’s a no as soon as possible.

Had a phone screening with the HR person and 2 weeks later was brought in for an in person interview. I was there for a total of 2.5 hours and met with a total of 6 people. Everyone was really friendly, transparent, and informative so it didn't feel like a very intense or aggressive interview. At the end of the interview process, I was given an assignment to complete but unfortunately, was not selected for the role.
