I applied online and received an email for a phone screen a couple days later. The recruiter was fantastic and she decided to move me to the next round. I was told I would be interviewing with the Director of the team that the position would be on. I was given her name and did a little research on her to prepare for the interview. The day of the interview the Director calls and asks me a couple questions. After a few minutes she tells me she would be leaving the company and that another Director would be taking on this account and that she was going to sit in on the interview. The secondary interviewer was rude, disinterested and didn’t seem like she thought I was a great for the role and let it be known by her tone of voice. By the end of the interview I just wanted it over and even though one of them provided an email, I knew I wasn’t going to follow up. A few days later I received a rejection email which is fine because it would not have been a great fit.

You'll do an initial phone screening with Merkle, then a phone interview with a manager at Axis41, and then an in person interview and project presentation at Axis41. I really appreciated how transparent they were about the process and when they would make a decision.
