I think the interview session was just rude and reflect the company's culture. The interviewer was so narcissistic and believe in their own opinion. It's just a small company better try a bigger company.

The interview went well, the interviewer was friendly and asks relevant questions. The process went very well. Only managed to interview 30-min. All good. Assessed the candidate very well and explained briefly abut company policy

Invitation via email, informal interview one week later with panel of 2. Very friendly. Just general chat about my CV, some competency based questions. Some background to my bachelors degree in bioengineering. Following interview, a tour of the facility.
