Applied online, recruiter called me, phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Got interview with customer service manager, interview lasted about an hour, she was nice, never felt uncomfortable. When the interview was over, she told me about job offers at other companies. I thought the interview had gone great, it seems like they had already chosen the candidates.
