Axium Inspections is also the same entity as Axium Academy. Axium Academy really sells you on the idea that not only do they educate, but they employ. Having gone through their course work I honestly thought that they would have given the interview process the respect it deserves, if not for the sake of professionalism, at least for their own sake of organization and hiring the best candidate. My experience was anything but that. After an initial interview I was asked for second interview. During the second interview, the interviewee asked me if Axium had my most current Resume and I explained that they did and that I was unemployed for the greater part of 2020 due to the pandemic. The interviewer then said “Oh yeah, I remember you now...” which actually left me feeling the opposite of that, and wondered if they even had their candidates in order. Did this interviewer even have his resumes matched to the people he was calling. I didn’t feel confident in that. That’s pretty much the extent of my second interview, once they confirmed they had the most current resume the interview ended shortly thereafter. I never heard back from them, I never received the courtesy of a rejection phone call or email, just a notification from my job recruiting site that the position had closed.
