The interview process started with a regular recruiter call, everything went great I was asked about my experience in business analytics and my projects in school as a fresh grad. We talked about the role, company, my expectations etc. 2 weeks since this call and the recruiter hasn't reached back to me with anything. 2 mails and 1 linkedin message in yet 0 response. Complete waste of time, company seems okay but this behavior is only going to hurt them in hiring talent in the future.
