HR Screening - Finance Director - Sales Director/Tax Director/VP Finance - CFO I only made up to "Finance Director" and it really disappointed me. During the interview I directly got good feedback regarding my answers and questions. ( you're on top of the candidate) and even informed for coming interview; with whom, when. But I haven't heard anything even after the following up email that was sent a week later. So I tried alternative way, contacting the interviewer and indirectly informing him that I'm waiting for the result after 2weeks waiting (it was already later than estimated dates for the result and even for the next round) . Then I received an email from recruiter that I didn't make it. Maybe the interviewer's comment during the interview was fake or they messed up the recruit process or even my answers were perfect as interviewer said, there was perfect candidate who attracted the interview? Because of that, I kindly request to share me feedback from the interview but didn't get any. Still I don't get how this result comes after positive comments from interviewer directly even during the interview. And really disappointed they don't show any respect to me who spend more than a hour for the interview: no responding. On the other hand, I satisfy that I didn't make it and didn't join this company who doesn't respect persons.
