One initial call, followed by a round of interviews similar to how FAANG runs their interviews. I found it to be a very enjoyable and positive experience. I also had a call with a VP answer any questions I had. I turned down the offer because they majorly lowballed me on the offer and the hard sell tactics from the internal recruiter. I also saw a lot of CYA in the behavior of the internal recruiter which was a concern.
