The interview process thus far has been seamless and transparent, along with an ease of conversation with the recruiter. The ability to select preferred interview times has been great and next steps are provided.

I applied for a position at Axon online and was contacted by a recruiter six days later to set up a phone interview. The initial interview took place two days after that and went smoothly. I was informed that I had moved on to the next round and subsequently had an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, after the interview with the hiring manager, I was ghosted. I received no further communication from Axon, not even a generic rejection email. Despite following up several times, I never received a response. The lack of communication was disappointing, especially considering the positive experience with the initial interviews. I would have appreciated more transparency and professionalism in the follow-up process.
