The phone interview was odd. So odd, that I decided I would not be continuing in the interview process. The person interviewing me just wanted to talk. Talk about how this is “not your average job” and could barely give me information on exact work requirements or company culture. NEVER once asked me about my experience, what I could bring to the organization or my background. NOTHING. I literally got one question in. Just wanted to add another body to the team I suppose. After reading pretty painful reviews and speaking to this person, I am very glad I decided to not move forward. I suppose this person forgot I was already given a phone screen, and I was emailed (from the same person) asking for a phone screen. Just goes to show they’re just looking to add bodies and not actual top caliber talent.
I suppose after you pass the phone screen you take some sort of a survey? I couldn’t really understand. I was just told to google the way to answers the questions correctly.
Just so...odd.
